Imagine a beautiful Christmas wedding and then add snow and a luxurious country manor.  This was Kelly & Laura’s stunning, winter wedding at Hampton Manor!

There is something special about a Christmas wedding.  Emotions are high, family & friends are close and everyone is there to PARTY! Kelly and Laura completely lucked out with a bright blue sky and snow on the ground.  Hampton Manor dressed for Christmas, looked amazing and with exclusive use, the wedding had a really intimate feel.

The girls started the preparations with a night at The Genting Hotel, where I met them for bridal prep in the morning.  Running in between rooms, I managed to capture each bride getting ready with close friends and family.

As you pull up to the estate, you can feel what a treat Hampton Manor is.  Full of history and character, the manor oozes luxury with its contemporary style and modern home comforts.  Laura and Kelly finished getting ready at the manor, each in one of the luxurious bedrooms.  There are 15 bedrooms, each unique with their own decor and beauty.  A dream for bridal prep. Kelly and Laura had their wedding ceremony in the estate’s very own rustic barn, The Birches. As you walk into the Birches, you walk through the greeting area- the secret garden- which looked so beautiful, candlelit with tea lights. Kelly & Laura’s ceremony was full of love and emotion and set their day off perfectly. As the two brides walked out together they were showered with snowfetti by their wedding guests!

Snowfetti- who knew?!  My new favourite confetti shot!  We all looked like we had been in a snowstorm- so much fun!

The girls embraced the snow (wellies at the ready!) for photographs in the stunning grounds. With 45 acres of natural woodland and lawns surrounding the estate, you are spoilt for beautiful backdrops for your wedding photographs.  We explored a little and headed round to the historic bell clock tower before heading in to the warmth. It was a beautiful, bright, crisp winters day and as the sun went down we had a stunning winter sunset.  The most perfect Christmas wedding you could imagine!

The wedding breakfast was held in the light and airy courtyard. Dressed for Christmas with Kelly and Laura’s Disney theme, the room looked truly magical! With a Michelin starred restaurant, guests enjoyed an amazing feast.  Speeches were funny and emotional and then guests were entertained by a magician before the evening party got underway.

Everyone should attend a wedding in between Christmas and New year- the perfect excuse to party the whole week!
